The current developer of The Greens has invested in funding additional roads and other infrastructure to minimize the traffic impact on Chester residents. Furthermore, The Greens has committed additional money to the Town to fund additional traffic mitigations.

The Greens is being built on a 117-acre subdivision separate from the rest of the Town of Chester and additional infrastructure is being built to comfortably integrate its new residents into the Town. With more than 60 acres of open green space, The Greens will maintain the character of Chester.

The Greens is a residential development open to any buyer. Offerings will be advertised through various means in an effort to reach all brokers and buyers, including through listing in the MLS (multiple listing service). The development at the Greens is zoned for single-family homes and includes over 60 acres of open green space. More than half of the land in the development is required to remain open green space in order to ensure that The Greens maintains the character of Chester.
